NITTA DuPont Incorporated, Mie Plant was featured in the “Work Reference Book for Junior High School Students 2024 -Mie Prefecture Edition-”, a supplemental career education book for junior high school students in Japan.

Career education is promoted by the Japanese Government (Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) in school education with the aim of enabling students to independently choose and decide their career paths by learning about the significance of work and various occupations.

The booklet is a supplementary reader for career education and introduces many occupations and companies in an easy-to-understand manner with illustrations and photos, and each municipality lists local occupations and companies. Mie Prefecture edition will be distributed to second-year students at public junior high schools in Mie Prefecture.
