  • 1983

    ニッタ（株）とRodel Inc. （現DuPont）によって合弁会社「ロデール・ニッタ株式会社」（弊社）設立

  • 1984

    Nalco 社（Rodel Inc. 経由）製スラリー・
    Rodel Inc.製Suba™シリーズ輸入販売開始

    TA（Template Assembly）生産開始

  • 1988

    技術導入により、研磨パッドSuba™シリーズ生産開始

  • 1989

    弊社技術により、研磨パッドMH™シリーズ生産開始

    Rodel Inc. CMP 分野への研磨システム提供開始

  • 1992

    弊社技術により、マウンティングフィルム材R300 シリーズ生産開始

  • 1993

    国内デバイスメーカーへの研磨システム提供開始

    京都工場 完成
